Having heard a number of pool building horror stories of broken promises and no communication from the builder, we were a bit concerned starting our backyard project. We were immediately set at ease and impressed with Randy and the whole staff at Pools Unlimited with their ability to deliver and build a quality product at a very reasonable price - and they were done before they said they would be. They put in a pool, extensive hardscape, outdoor kitchen, rock walls and fireplace and a pergola. I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the outstanding service provided by Jeff. Specifically, on Sunday (5 Jan), I discovered my pool equipment had failed and the night was going to be well below freezing. I called your office despite knowing it was well outside of your normal office hours and confirmed you were not available. Therefore, I called Jeff to obtain advice concerning what I should do to prevent freezing of my pool equipment. He provides great advice on how to get through the cold night and came to my home the following morning to assess the problem(s). I am convinced that Jeff’s advice limited the damage that freezing would have otherwise caused. His responsiveness and professional work is the best I have ever seen in the service industry and can't thank him enough for all he has done. Jeff has always provided me excellent service, but his willingness to provide me advice late on a Sunday evening and quickly responding with a service call the next morning displays that he is a true professional.
