We have created and constructed hundreds of pools over the past decade throughout San Antonio, the Hill Country and the surrounding area. Pools Unlimited, Inc. stands behind every pool we build.

Pools Unlimited, Inc. guarantees we will have your pool construction completed on time. Specific contract days can be determined prior to the commencement of each contract.

Exceptions:
--Inclement weather which prohibits construction will result in an extension to the number of construction days stated in the contract. This exception extends to conditions that prevent access to the site as a result of inclement weather.
--Materials; such as tile, coping and special features must be selected by the owner within 5 working days of construction commencement. Delays resulting from material choices by the owner; such as materials not available from the manufacturer will automatically add to the number of construction days allotted to the project.
--Payments not received as scheduled will result in construction delays, this stated guarantee will become null and void.
--Any additional work requested resulting in additional construction days to Pools Unlimited will result in an adjusted completion date.
--Lifetime Structural Warranty:
Pools Unlimited stands behind all of our pools with a Lifetime Structural Warranty.
This Warranty covers the gunite structure only.
